116. Local 188: This tapas restaurant on Congress Street has outside dining and a very large bar area for drinks or meals. You can pick from their extensive wine and beer menu and enjoy "tastes" from an interesting variety of food items. We had an appetizer of nicely seasoned meatballs and a grilled whole wheat flat bread with fresh hummus. The blueberry and oatmeal tart for dessert was fab! Always good and nice atmosphere!
